WE ARE AV
Our business is as we like to call, facilitating ‘inspiring interactions’. While by ‘interactions’ we mean interpersonal interactions facilitated by technology and ‘Inspiring’ helping us point out the fact that we thrive by the extra spark, the perfection, the passion for innovative audiovisual technology for our business: Providing the podium for others to share their passion in the best way possible.
We do this in the physical world (meetings and events), the digital world (videoconferencing, streaming and narrowcasting/digital signage, AVoIT) and are working our way into the virtual world (events, videomeetings, augmented and hyper reality).
And we happen to do this by providing audiovisual solutions to our business friends. Not just by providing and making. The big difference we make is by thinking with you. Guiding you through the jungle of options, chances and risks on techniques, security, integration and user friendliness.
For the event industry our missions are ‘inspiring guest interactions’ and ‘inspiring event interactions’ which help our clients to both be extra attractive to their clients while also streamlining and perfecting the customer/guest journey.
AV can be such a drag and it really does not have to be. It should help, empower, enrich. It just needs to be done right the first time ☺

TSR AV: Thinking along, lightning fast and pleasant
You know it, such a jam-packed event calendar...
Then you mainly need parties who think along, communicate well, are pleasant to deal with, for whom nothing is too crazy and deliver above expectations.
We have experienced this 100% by, once again, working together with TSR AV.
I look back on unforgettable moments, especially during the playoffs and the honoring of Almere City FC, thanks in part to TSR AV.

Support at our event on World Cancer Day February 41, 2023
TSR AV provided us with excellent support at the event that we as Parkhuys Almere organized on World Cancer Day 2023 in the stadium of Almere City FC. Sound and lighting was in perfect order and smoothly arranged. Recommended!

AV for Exhibition @ floriade 2022 DiX
We were very happy with the speed and quality of responses from TSR; the service was always quick and very professional, we were able to solve all issues with great collaboration. The team was also extremely responsive to special requests and meetings. The only thing that was less good was the performance of the projection with two beamers, which we had for the 'First Encounters' artwork. The artist was disappointed in the size and level of precision of the projection, and despite TSR's best efforts and good availability, we were not able to improve this for the artist in the exhibition. Wat jammer! otherwise great collaboration.

Broadcasts "ASG Runs On"
TSR has provided us with fantastic support in providing three professional "TV" broadcasts. The contact in advance went well - often we had many changes in our precise request, sometimes quite last minute. This was picked up super by both the remote team and the team that took care of everything during the broadcast. During the broadcasts everything went smoothly, the images look beautiful and the camera work is very professional. Highly recommended!

Top production Amsterdam Pride boat!
Last Saturday we sailed through the Amsterdam canals with our boat during the Pride Canal Parade 2022. TSR arranged our railing and technology and they did it perfectly. The boat looked great and the people were nice to work with. Highly recommended!

Broadening and deepening cooperation
This year was an anniversary year and in addition to 25 years of Pride Amsterdam, we also celebrated 10 years of collaboration with TSR. However, due to COVID-19, our way of working together has changed and is itself very positive. Where initially they were only our light and sound supplier for the smaller events, they are now a fully satisfied cooperation partner in PrideTV. A concept with which we broadcast live for 9 days during the Pride. Full concept they collaborated with Salto on the registration of the substantive programs and concerts produced by us. These were broadcast nationally via OUTtv and transmitted free of charge by all telecom providers in the Netherlands. In 2021 we had almost 1.8 million unique viewers in a week. @Martijn, it was well organized!

Top partner in live streams!
Last year we worked together with TSR av. Very nice partner to organize online events. In addition to technical support, they think along with the design. We have done/streamed several events together: opening college year, student festival, webinars, etc. Thank you!

Out of habit I never give a 10 for anything. I'm probably too sober for that. But that's not entirely fair because I can't think of a reason why I wouldn't give TSR a 10. They have now been providing their services to the new library for more than 12 years. Not only for the technology during the performances in our theatre, but they have also made an important contribution to all audiovisual resources in our public environment and modern meeting rooms. TSR has grown tremendously in the meantime and consists of a group of enthusiastic and driven people. In particular, the enormous expertise continues to amaze. Integrity, loyalty, service-oriented but above all patience and friendliness are the keywords that apply to them. In short, TSR=TOP!

Sometimes, as an event planner, I have a supplier and sometimes it is a partner! TSR team was my partner. they make it all possible that my conference will be a WOW event. we had 320 guests from all over the world that saw everything, and yet -they haven't seen that kind of an event.
