The 5 reasons for a hybrid event

Many of our customers are currently opting for the hybrid organization of meetings and events. They assume the largest possible physical attendance, but also offer the option of allowing people to participate online. Savvy Congress offers seamless collaboration between participants online and in person during a meeting or congress, both with weighted votes and with presentations and discussions. Besides the sustainable aspect, which we discussed in our previous blog, there are even more advantages.

1. SAFETY

Fewer travel movements and fewer people physically present at one location offers more safety for your employees. People can participate online if they have health problems and they do not pose any danger to the other participants. You are also optimally prepared for any future government regulations.

2. EFFICIENCY

Due to the lack of travel time, it takes people less time to participate and the barrier to participate is lower. An event such as a conference or meeting takes less time away from the regular work of your employees. This provides a more efficient time management and more productivity in your team.

3. COST SAVING

Travel costs are a substantial part of costs at events. Online participants of a conference or meeting do not have to travel or stay overnight. This offers you as an organization considerable cost savings on plane or train tickets, hotel stays and car costs.

4. INCREASING TARGET AUDIENCE

The time and effort it takes to participate in the event is much less. This makes it interesting for a larger target group to participate. This increases the attention and participation, so that you increase your target group. Your conference or meeting will therefore have more impact on a larger group of people.

4. HIGHER TURNOVER

The ticket sale of an event is often based only on a physical participation. But what if you can charge a smaller amount for the online participation of the event. You not only increase the number of participants, but also your turnover on the total event.
