Online and hybrid events are still a hot and booming business. With Sylvester we managed to conquer a pioneering and front-runner position. We also developed our own virtual event location platform, named MEEPLE (Meeting people). From an information desk to a network lounge, from plenary sessions to exhibition space, MEEPLE has it all. Up to 2,500 people can participate in your digital event, be it live, pre-recorded or semi-live.

Many leading companies have become MEEPLE fans: Lidl, The Shift, d'Ieteren, CM, Idewe, KU Leuven, Port of Antwerp, VLAIO,… A recent new customer is VDAB. To have their job fairs and other events run online, the VDAB opted for MEEPLE and this through an annual license and their own personalized environment on the MEEPLE platform, in which they can now create plenty of events themselves.

“Their first digital job fair will take place in May,” says Ben Laloux, Event Producer and MEEPLE expert. During this online event, you can contact future employers and view vacancies with a mouse click. So you no longer have to move or queue in a long queue. We also created an interactive vacancy wall as an extra module especially for VDAB. Looking for a job has never been easier.

Sylvester stands for a full service approach, and MEEPLE is no different. You can count on us for all graphic, formal and editorial aspects, so that your virtual event achieves top class in every detail. Would you prefer a 100% online event? Or do you prefer a hybrid event where offline and online complement each other perfectly? This is all possible with MEEPLE. An event solution that is extremely ecological? Check! Which saves a lot of time? Double check! And also has a greater range? Jackpot! So nothing but advantages if you choose MEEPLE!
