Spanish catering has been provided at parties for 15 years. This both at private parties and corporate parties. We come on site with a large paella pan and prepare the paella in front of the guests. A nice spectacle with a delicious dish as a result.

In addition to paella, we also serve Spanish tapas. Just think of homemade albondigas balls, homemade tortilla, wraps, manchego, chorizo etc. Hot tapas are also possible. We can also offer the tapas as a hot and cold tapas buffet.
Paella workshop
In addition to catering, we also offer paella workshops. You will learn to prepare this delicious delicacy during an intimate cooking course with a maximum of 18 participants, under the guidance of an experienced paellero (paella chef) and this with the best ingredients. After preparation, the paella is consumed in groups at a long table with adapted wines.

Paella workshop
We enjoyed the paella workshop that we followed with some friends at Paella Fusion. A warm welcome, a clear explanation by the chef and the occasional funny anecdote. The paella that we made ourselves under the watchful eye of the paellero (apparently a paella cook calls that) was the best I've ever eaten. All this with a nice glass of wine to enjoy the setting sun. Recommended.
