We started talking to Tactile when we were looking for a new partner for our digital payment solution for our culinary event that has been around for over 25 years. The existing one was outdated but had to be integrated into a new card system. Tim guided us step by step and supervised this transformation process both in the preparation and on location. It is a certainty that something like this never goes smoothly, but the level of involvement and willingness to find a solution was very high. This has ensured that we have now almost completely switched to Tactile, a system that our users (restaurants on location) and the visitor are very happy with because it is very clear for both. This provides clarity during use and in case of questions afterwards. Despite the fact that it was a test year, the organization has decided to work with Tactile again for the coming edition(s) to implement the last small improvements and to be ready for a digital payment future!

Wij zijn met Tactile in gesprek gekomen toen wij op zoek waren naar een nieuwe partner voor onze digitale betaaloplossing voor onze culinair evenement dat al ruim 25 jaar bestaat De bestaande was verouderd maar moest wel geïntegreerd worden in een nieuw pasjes systeem. Tim heeft ons daar stap voor stap in begeleid en dit transformatie proces zowel in de voorbereiding als op locatie begeleid. Dat zoiets nooit foutloos gaat is een zekerheid maar de mate van betrokkenheid en oplossing-bereidheid was heel groot. Dit heeft er voor gezorgd dat we nu bijna helmaal over zijn gestapt op Tactile, een systeem waar zeker onze gebruikers (restaurants op locatie) als de bezoeker heel blij me zijn omdat het heel inzichtelijk is voor beide. Dit geeft helderheid bij gebruik en bij vragen achteraf. Ondanks dat het een testjaar was, is er vanuit de organisatie besloten om voor de komende editie(s) wederom in zee te gaan met Tactile om de laatste kleine verbeterpunten door te voeren en klaar te zijn voor een digitale betaaltoekomst!
