I recently used GO-tickets for my business event. I received extensive support during the execution. During the event, participant registration went very smoothly. No queues, but a quick and professional registration.

Nice tool for registration
For a residents' event, I used the Go Tickets registration tool.
I found this to be a very pleasant experience. I could always turn to the team with questions, and the events are easy to adjust in the online dashboard.
Scanning the tickets on the day itself was very easy. Thank you!

Review Hybrid Games Oost / CrossFit Go Personal
I have been working with Go Tickets from day one for the Hybrid Games Oost, as well as for CrossFit Go Personal events. The ticketing module is incredibly simple and user-friendly, both for us as organizers and for the participants.
It is nice to have clear insights into ticket sales and registrations. Events are easy to create and simple to share, so everything is arranged quickly.

The service from Go Tickets is of high quality.
We have noticed over the past few weeks that Go-Tickets' service is of high quality. We organized two football showcases within a few weeks, where players from our DARYSE app could register via Go-Tickets. During the process, we spoke occasionally with Aron, who assisted us perfectly. For players who ultimately decided not to participate, it was very easy to cancel, and finally, they helped us quickly with the payout, even though it was our fault because we had entered our bank account number too late. The two showcases were a success, thanks in part to the help from Go-Tickets. Our DARYSE slogan is 'For those, who dare to rise'. I would say: For those, who dare to rise, use Go-Tickets for your event!

We hebben twee voetbal showcases georganiseerd binnen enkele weken, waarin spelers uit onze DARYSE-app zich konden aanmelden via Go-Tickets. Lopende het proces af en toe gebeld met Aron die ons perfect geholpen heeft, spelers die uiteindelijk toch besloten om niet deel te nemen is het erg makkelijk om te annuleren en als laatste hielpen ze ons snel met uitbetaling, terwijl het onze fout was omdat wij onze bankrekeningnummer te laat genoteerd hadden. De twee showcases waren een succes mede door de help van Go Tickets. Onze slogan van DARYSE is 'For those, who dare to rise'. Ik zou zeggen For those, who dare to rise use Go Tickets for your event!

First time using the system
For the first edition of the DNS Bricks event, we used this system for the online tickets, and I can only say that it works fantastically. Very easy to use and the support is good.

For our very first edition of Zwartsluis Bruist, Go Ticket handled all ticket sales – and what a fantastic experience it was!
Last Saturday, it finally happened, and the scanning at the door went absolutely flawlessly. No lines, no hassle – just quick and easy.
We had a laptop on hand just in case for people who lost their tickets, but even that process went extremely smoothly. Everything works intuitively, clearly, and reliably.
In short:
Go Ticket is highly recommended for any organization looking for a reliable, user-friendly, and professional ticketing service.
We will definitely stick with Go Ticket for the upcoming edition(s)!

Voor onze allereerste editie van Zwartsluis Bruist verzorgde Go Ticket de volledige kaartverkoop – en wat een topervaring was dat!
Afgelopen zaterdag was het zover, en het scannen bij de deur verliep echt vlekkeloos. Geen wachtrijen, geen gedoe – gewoon snel en gemakkelijk.
We hadden voor de zekerheid een laptop achter de hand voor mensen die hun ticket kwijt waren, maar zelfs dat proces ging uitermate soepel. Alles werkt intuïtief, duidelijk en betrouwbaar.
Kortom:
Go Ticket is een aanrader voor elke organisatie die een betrouwbare, gebruiksvriendelijke en professionele ticketservice zoekt.

Go-Tickets made ticket distribution super easy with excellent personal support!
For our annual staff party, we were looking for a reliable and user-friendly ticketing system for approximately 700 attendees. We had several specific requirements: easy import of large attendee lists via Excel/CSV, the ability to create different ticket types, QR codes or barcodes for each ticket for digital transmission, and an on-site scanning solution for smooth check-in and access control. We also wanted clear post-event reporting, including attendance data and export options for scans.
Go-Tickets was a great help. The system allowed us to quickly and easily manage bulk imports and create different ticket categories. The QR scanning functionality in the app worked smoothly at the venue itself, ensuring efficient check-in without long lines. A real added value for us was that the scanners also provided immediate insight into who was arriving. This was essential because check-in was linked to seating arrangements and dietary requirements/allergies for dinner. This made a huge difference in our on-site organization and was a feature I couldn't find with other providers.
We were also very pleased with the personal contact. Aron provided excellent guidance, first in setting up and testing a pilot program and then in further bulk importing. In short: a user-friendly and affordable tool with great features and excellent service. Highly recommended and a tool we will definitely use again.

Wat voor ons echt een grote meerwaarde was, is dat de scanners ook direct inzicht gaven in wie er binnenkwam. Dit was essentieel omdat de check-in gekoppeld was aan tafelschikking en dieetwensen/allergieën voor het diner. Dit maakte voor ons een groot verschil in onze organisatie ter plekke en was een functionaliteit die ik bij andere aanbieders niet heb kunnen vinden.
Daarnaast waren we erg blij met het persoonlijke contact. Aron heeft ons heel goed begeleid, eerst bij het opzetten en testen van een pilot en daarna bij de verdere bulk import.Kortom: een gebruiks- & prijs vriendelijke tool, fijne functionaliteiten en uitstekende service. Absoluut een aanrader en een tool waar we volgende keer weer mee zullen werken.

Very suitable

Good ticket system
For our small-scale event, the Go-Events ticketing system was a user-friendly solution for selling tickets online. Online sales were quick to set up, and scanning tickets during the event itself went very smoothly. However, we did receive feedback from our visitors that the service fees were a bit high.

Reliable partner for online ticket sales at events
We've now used GO-tickets for the second time to sell tickets online for our events. The interface offers many options (I think it could be a bit clearer and more organized), and the support is more than adequate. There's a wealth of information available online, and the personal support via email and phone is a definite plus.

Highly recommended!
During our company's open day, we used GO tickets. For the second edition of our open day, we wanted to make the registration process, both beforehand and on the day itself, more professional and, above all, easier. And with GO tickets, we succeeded!
Scanning was easy, as it required minimal explanation to colleagues. It was also easy to see the number of tickets and the scanned tickets.
Whenever we needed help setting up the event, Aron and Ineke were quick to help, both by phone and email. Highly recommended!

Tijdens de open dag van ons bedrijf hebben we gebruikgemaakt van GO-tickets. Voor de tweede editie van onze open dag wilden we het aanmeldproces, zowel vooraf als op de dag zelf, wat professioneler en vooral makkelijker maken. En dat is met GO-tickets gelukt!
Het scannen werkte gemakkelijk, want er was weinig uitleg nodig aan de collega's hoe het scannen werkte. Daarbij kon je ook gemakkelijk het aantal tickets zien en de gescande tickets.
Wanneer er hulp nodig was met het instellen van het evenement zijn we zowel via de telefoon als mail snel geholpen door Aron en Ineke. Een aanrader dus!

Perfect support from GO-tickets
During the Moerdijk Oldtimer Festival 2025, we used GO-tickets for the "Moerdijk Party" in the spiegeltent. This was our first time selling tickets online, and we were very pleased with the experience. Initially, it took some time to figure out which information needed to be entered when filling out the event form, but when needed, we received excellent support by phone from Aron or Ineke.
Their app also worked perfectly when visitors arrived. We knew exactly how many tickets had been sold and scanned. At our next festival in 2027, we will definitely use a similar digital ticketing system again if necessary. Thanks to GO-tickets for their support.

Bij de binnenkomst van de bezoekers werkte hun app ook ideaal. We wisten precies hoeveel kaartjes er verkocht en gescand waren. Been a loyal customer of Go-tickets for a few years now. We are always helped nicely with questions or if a small adjustment needs to be made, such as turning on the option for payments from abroad. In the meantime, we have outgrown our jacket in Amsterdam and have continued to grow in Haarlem, Go tickets is moving along with us. Nice personal contact after a successful edition last May. As the organizer of Oosterpop in Oosterbeek I used Go-tickets for online ticket sales. They offer excellent service for me and visitors with questions. Works perfectly!
For our concert Vrijheid Geluid! in the context of 80 years of freedom, we, Concertorkest Juliana from Amersfoort, used the GO-tickets system. The system works really great, it is easy to create your event and then enter different ticket types for example for paid guests, invitees and sponsors. No more hassle with lists and scanning the tickets at the door also worked satisfactorily. In short, next time we will use Go-tickets again!

Voor ons concert Vrijheid Klinkt! in het kader van 80 jaar vrijheid hebben wij, Concertorkest Juliana uit Amersfoort, gebruik gemaakt van het GO-tickets systeem. Het systeem werkt echt super, het is gemakkelijk om je evenement aan te maken en vervolgens verschillende ticketsoorten op te voeren voor bijvoorbeeld betaalde gasten, genodigden en sponsoren. Erasmus theatre performances
Go-tickets confirmed the reservations for us, which we received via our own channel, including a QR code, so that we could quickly read them upon arrival of the visitors and let them in, thus preventing long queues (and the associated inconvenience and irritation!).

Pleasant cooperation
For one of my clients, I have been managing the WisselWinkel in the De Passage shopping centre in Duiven since September 2024. Private individuals and (online) entrepreneurs can reserve this shop per day by ordering and paying for a ticket online. After trying out various ticketing systems, I ended up at Go Tickets. And I am very pleased with it. They thought along with me about this - also for them - new concept and helped me step by step with setting up the online reservation system. Although the WisselWinkel can only sell one ticket per day (and Go Tickets therefore hardly earns anything from that), I can count on all the support I need. And not via an annoying chat robot, but simply by telephone with Aron, a nice guy of flesh and blood. My client is now thinking about a second location and I will definitely use Go Tickets for that again!

Voor een van mijn opdrachtgevers beheer ik sinds september 2024 de WisselWinkel in winkelcentrum De Passage in Duiven. Particulieren en (online) ondernemers kunnen deze winkel per dag reserveren door online een ticket te bestellen en af te rekenen. Na diverse ticketing-systemen te hebben uitgeprobeerd, kwam ik uit bij Go Tickets. En dat bevalt uitstekend. Ze dachten volop met me mee over dit - ook voor hen - nieuwe concept en hielpen me stap voor stap met het opzetten van het online reserveringssysteem. Hoewel de WisselWinkel maar één ticket per dag kan verkopen (en Go Tickets daar dus nauwelijks iets aan verdient), kan ik rekenen op alle support die ik nodig heb. En niet via een irritante chatrobot, maar gewoon telefonisch met Aron, een aardige gast van vlees en bloed. Mijn opdrachtgever denkt inmiddels na over een tweede vestiging en daar ga ik t Go Tickets zeker ook weer voor inschakelen!

As a techno organization www.nachtruis.nl we have been doing business with Go-Tickets for years. The online system works well and there are many possibilities. Scanning the tickets at the entrance goes smoothly. In case of questions the customer service responds quickly and efficiently. We will never leave. Highly recommended.

Carnival with GO tickets
The carnival association in Son en Breugel organizes several activities annually with a somewhat complicated ticket sales for members, for non-members and on different days during carnival. In advance these settings could be discussed clearly with GO-tickets and received their help in setting up different shops. In total, more than 8000 visitors came. Technically everything went smoothly and only during scanning it sometimes goes wrong due to human error when they can no longer find their ticket. That is certainly not due to GO-tickets. We will choose GO-tickets again in 2026!

De carnavalsvereniging in Son en Breugel organiseert jaarlijks meerdere activiteiten met een wat ingewikkelde kaartverkoop voor leden, voor niet leden en op verschillende dagen tijdens carnaval. Vooraf deze instellingen duidelijk kunnen doorspreken met GO-tickets en hun hulp gekregen bij het opzetten van verschillende winkels. In totaal zijn er ruim 8000 bezoekers gekomen. Technisch verliep alles vlekkeloos en alleen bij het scannen gaat het wel eens mis door menselijke foutje als ze hun ticket niet meer gevonden krijgen. Dat ligt dus zeker niet aan GO-tickets. Wij kiezen in 2026 weer voor GO-tickets!

We used Go tickets for our event, the cultural Sunday and were very pleased. The app is clear and easy to use and was also very easy to add an event. In the beginning, it took some searching for the functions in the 'dashboard'.

Nice company
For several years now, Café The Pocket has been selling tickets for its small-scale events via GO-tickets. We were never informed in advance about price comparisons, it just seemed like a reasonable price to us. The quality of the service should determine whether we would look for another provider. Fortunately, that was not necessary. We are dealing with a company that, very importantly, is easily accessible by email and even by telephone (where else do you find that on internet platforms!). Small calamities, such as cancellations of events and possible refunds to cardholders, have so far been resolved without any problems. They still provide old-fashioned customization. Chapeau.n

Al enkele jaren verkoopt Café The Pocket de tickets van haar kleinschalige evenementen via GO-tickets. Nooit geïnformeerd vooraf over prijsvergelijkingen, het leek ons gewoon een redelijke prijs. De kwaliteit van de dienstverlening zou moeten uitmaken of we een andere aanbieder zouden opzoeken. Dat was gelukkig niet nodig. We hebben te maken met een bedrijf dat, heel belangrijk, goed bereikbaar is via email en zelfs telefonisch (waar vind je dat nog bij internetplatforms!). Kleine calamiteiten worden, zoals annuleringen van evenementen en eventuele terugstortingen naar kaarthouders zijn tot dusver probleemloos opgelost. Ze leveren nog ouderwets maatwerk. Chapeau.

Contact with Go-tickets for questions is pleasant, especially Aron is fast and thinks along well! I give a 4.5 and not a 5, because I would like to be able to adjust the layout of the tickets a bit more, otherwise everything is great! n

Excellent ticket system!
We used GoTickets for our New Year's event and we are more than satisfied! Everything regarding the tickets went smoothly and when we had questions we were helped quickly and well. Definitely recommended!

Very correct
Go-Tickets has been handling the ticket sales for our concerts for a number of years now and we can only speak highly of this company. From the first contact to the handling, everything runs smoothly. The communication is fast and clear; emails are often answered within 10 minutes. In addition, the customer service is always friendly and helpful, which makes working together a pleasure.

Bullrock event 2024
I am the technical guy at bullrock. The system works better than the previous one. The app works well, reading printed and mobile tickets also together with multiple people at the entrance went well. I could easily make free tickets. Looking up visitors in the system before and during the event is easy. Small point of attention it seems that a lot of your mail ends up in spam boxes from visitors. Maybe an extra message on the web page. Otherwise fine.

Great experience with Go-Tickets for Appelmoes and Ameide Lichtstad 2023!
For both our party Appelmoes 2024 and the event Ameide Lichtstad 2023 we used Go-Tickets for the sale of entrance tickets and digital access control. We can only say that it was a fantastic choice!
The whole process went smoothly from the first contact. The communication was clear and we were well guided in setting up our ticket sales platform. No complicated procedures or long waiting times, but direct help and a user-friendly interface.
The Go-Tickets ticketing system is incredibly easy to use, both for us and for the visitors. Buying tickets was quick, safe and hassle-free. In addition, we could gain insight into the tickets sold at any time, which saved us a lot of time and stress in the run-up to both events.
In case of questions or special requests, the customer service was always available and willing to think along. Our wishes were listened to carefully, and we always received a suitable answer or solution quickly. Whether it was a technical question or help with adjusting ticket options, everything was handled with care and professionalism.
During the events themselves, everything went smoothly thanks to the good organization and clear ticket handling. Our visitors were able to scan their tickets without any problems, which made the reception smooth and there were no queues.
Thanks to Go-Tickets we were able to set up two successful events. We are very happy with the collaboration and definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and customer-oriented ticketing partner.

Voor zowel ons feest Appelmoes 2024 als het evenement Ameide Lichtstad 2023 hebben we gebruikgemaakt van Go-Tickets voor de verkoop van toegangskaarten en digitale toegangscontrole. We kunnen niet anders zeggen dan dat het een fantastische keuze is geweest!
Het hele proces verliep vlekkeloos vanaf het eerste contact. De communicatie was helder en we werden goed begeleid bij het opzetten van ons ticketverkoopplatform. Geen ingewikkelde procedures of lange wachttijden, maar directe hulp en een gebruiksvriendelijke interface.
Het ticketingsysteem van Go-Tickets is ontzettend makkelijk in gebruik, zowel voor ons als voor de bezoekers. Kaarten kopen ging snel, veilig en zonder gedoe. Daarnaast konden wij op elk moment inzicht krijgen in de verkochte tickets, wat ons veel tijd en stress bespaarde in de aanloop naar beide evenementen.
Bij vragen of speciale verzoeken was de klantenservice altijd bereikbaar en bereid om mee te denken. Er werd goed geluisterd naar onze wensen, en we kregen altijd snel een passend antwoord of oplossing. Of het nu ging om een technische vraag of hulp bij het aanpassen van ticketopties, alles werd met zorg en professionaliteit opgepakt.
Tijdens de evenementen zelf verliep alles vlekkeloos dankzij de goede organisatie en duidelijke ticketafhandeling. Onze bezoekers konden zonder problemen hun tickets scannen, waardoor het ontvangst soepel verliep en er geen wachtrijen ontstonden.
Dankzij Go-Tickets hebben we twee succesvolle evenementen kunnen neerzetten. We zijn ontzettend blij met de samenwerking en raden hen zeker aan voor iedereen die op zoek is naar een betrouwbare en klantgerichte ticketingpartner.

Ticket partner for conference
We are very satisfied with GO tickets that we used for our Nuclear Innovation Conference. From the start, the purchasing process was extremely user-friendly and smooth. The information was clear and accessible, ensuring a worry-free experience for both organizers and participants.

Great system and super easy
For our study day, I was looking for a clear and easily accessible system with which we could 'sell' free tickets and clearly keep track of registrations for different rooms. Super easy to work with GO-Tickets. I could easily set everything up myself and GO-tickets was always quickly available if I had any questions!

This was what we were looking for
We were looking for a reliable system for our event with which we could sell tickets and keep clear guest lists. Very pleasant to work with GO-Tickets. Easy and clear
We gave a private party, the guests could bring introduces, so 1 customer claimed a “free” card but they could buy up to 4 more tickets, which worked great. And that app to scan with made everything soooo easy!!

Super fast support!
This is our first time setting up an event on a larger scale. The good accessibility and great support from Go-tickets was very nice. Entering events requires some skill, but once you get the hang of the website, it's done in no time.

We Go-Tickets' own portal is very versatile and contains almost all the options you need. It takes some getting used to at the first event, but then used to full satisfaction. technically also works very fast and well.

The must have for your party!
We used GoTickets for our network drink with about 300 people. And we are super excited about GO tickets! The team responds to a query within 5 minutes (which is ideal considering this is our first event), so it feels like a real partner in organizing the event. The system is super simple and you can easily collect data. Scanning during the event also went well. All our colleagues were able to scan the app, which allowed us to alternate between different posts. In short: We think it's fantastic! Hopefully we will work together again at our next event!

Organized a party for my school last July. After a short email exchange, we were immediately asked to make an online appointment. During this meet I was very well helped and everything was explained in detail. After that I was also able to go straight with small questions.
The program is very user-friendly and my students could easily scan the tickets via the app.

Switch quickly - do not email a lot, but do - customer-friendly in use
As a garden center, we had to switch quickly to an online planner, so the time slots. Short explanation back and forth and within a day we had a link with
an example of what it came to look like. So ideal for us that it could be done so quickly and was also user-friendly for our customers.
In short, very nice to work with Go tickets in these times of corona.

Very useful
Go Tickets is a very handy system. We now use it to reserve time slots for our store. Customers are very surprised and happy that we approach it so professionally. The customer can see exactly when there is still availability. We can also block time slots ourselves. The covid checklist is particularly useful. The system automatically sends this to the customer 24 hours in advance.

Go Tickets is een zeer handig systeem. We gebruiken het nu voor het reserveren van tijdsloten voor onze winkel. Klanten zijn erg verrast en blij dat we het zo professioneel aanpakken. Klant kan namelijk precies zien wanneer er nog beschikbaarheid is. Zelf kunnen we ook tijdsloten blokkeren. Bijzonder handig is de covid checklist. Deze stuurt het systeem automatisch 24 uur van te voren naar de klant.

We went looking for a ticket shop that you could design according to your own wishes. We have been able to find this with GO tickets.
It is a convenient and flexible environment and the employees are happy to think along with you. Very easy to use.

Successful sponsorship campaign for our club, partly due to Go tickets
The online sale of oliebollen and apple fritters yielded surprising and successful returns for vv VIOD from Doetinchem in December. Everything was right with the deal, which we as a football club entered into with GO tickets at the end of November. The clear start, the advice on how to fill in the number of products to be sold and the warm cooperation until the last day of sale.
Partly due to GO tickets, we were able to hand over a fantastic final amount as sponsoring to our treasurer.

Reliable, personal, fast
This year, our Strandbad used an online ticket system for the first time. The choice for Go Tickets was an immediate hit! Within a short time the booking system was realized according to our wishes, and additional wishes were implemented the same day if possible. The financial overviews provided by Go Tickets were correct, and saved me a lot of work :-). And not unimportantly; My colleagues and I experienced the personal way in which Thiery, Ineke, Wesley, Michel and Myrte approached us as very pleasant.

We have been working with Go tickets in full satisfaction since 2017. We particularly experience the personal contact as very pleasant. Top company!
With one permanent contact person who is easy to reach, this is a very nice company to accommodate the tickets. As an organizer you do not want to be busy with the peripheral matters for your event and with GoTickets this is certainly not the case. Many things are possible and they always think along with you. From a financial point of view, it is also an interesting party: you don't sell anything, you have no costs, a clear pricing that you as an organizer can take into account.
All in all, a nice and reliable party to work with.

Met één vast contactpersoon die makkelijk te bereiken is, is dit een erg fijn bedrijf om de tickets onder te brengen. Je wilt als organisator niet druk zijn met de randzaken voor je evenement en met GoTickets is dit zeker niet het geval. Veel dingen zijn mogelijk en ze denken altijd met je mee. Financieel gezien is het ook een interessante partij: verkoop je niks, heb je geen kosten, een duidelijke prijsstelling waar je als organisator rekening mee kunt houden.

Perfect service and easy to use
I use go-tickets for our beer festivals which we organize from PINT.
The system is very easy to set up and the costs are acceptable to me.
What really surprised me positively is the service and support. No question has been too crazy and especially when the event is moved due to the Corona virus and previously a canceled event, the service is great. There is an adequate response and they help with everything. Class!
In short, highly recommended!

Super Service
By mistake I had bought the wrong tickets for a multi-day event. Was still 54 euros. The association that organized it told me that nothing could be done about it. Just sell the tickets. Just an email to go-tickets and the story explained. And immediately received an email with the answer that the tickets were deactivated and the money refunded. That's what I call service, or SUPER COMPANY a 10+ from me.

Per abuis had ik de verkeerde kaarten voor een meerdaags evenement gekocht. Was toch even 54 euro. De vereniging die het organiseerde vertelde me dat er niets aan te doen was. De kaarten maar te verkopen. Even een mail naar go-tickets en het verhaal uitgelegd. En kreeg gelijk een mail retour met het antwoord dat de tickets werden gedeactiveerd en het geld terug gestort. Dat noem ik service, oftewel SUPER BEDRIJF een 10 + van mij.

Very satisfied
Go-Tickets provides a very goal-oriented approach, reacts quickly and works on a personal basis. As an organizer, I experience that as very pleasant. In addition, the costs for the customers who buy the tickets are also appropriate and not like some other ticket sellers who charge far too much commission, Go-Tickets charges a very fair price for this. For the time being I will continue with the organization of my monthly dance parties, so as a very satisfied customer I will happily continue with Go-Tickets as a regular Online Ticketshop partner.

Excellent system and service
We have tried different ticket sales systems, but are the most satisfied with GO Tickets so far. Fast answers, no expensive administration costs and always on time payments. We hope they continue like this.

Reliable, handy and professional
The Dudok festival has been using Go tickets for 2 years and we are very satisfied. It is professional towards the end user and it works so user-friendly that you don't have to worry about it.

Top service and great site!
I have been using the Go Tickets site for ticket sales for my events for a number of years now. This works very well from the start and the service, both via e-mail and telephone, is very fast and nice. What I miss is an app on which you can, for example, quickly check the status of ticket sales. A clear site with clear tickets. I am satisfied!

Simple, convenient and inexpensive
I used to work with aanmelder.nl, but after many bad experiences and doubts about the GDPR, I switched to go-tickets. Not only are my worries over, but I now have a lot more money left (?!). Moreover, a lot of communication goes via Linked-In. By creating an "article" there you immediately have a lot of reach, and a laborious internet page of aanmelder.nl is no longer necessary. All you need is a ticket office like go-tickets that manages the ticket sales. And that works well and is not expensive. I also appreciate their fast and customer-friendly communication and commitment.

Vroeger werkte ik met aanmelder.nl, maar na veel slechte ervaringen en twijfels over de AVG, ben ik overgestapt op go-tickets. Niet alleen mijn zorgen zijn voorbij, maar ik houd nu veel meer geld over (?!). Bovendien gaat veel communicatie via Linked-In. Door daar een " article" aan te maken heb je gelijk al veel bereik, en is een bewerkelijke internetpagina van aanmelder.nl niet meer nodig. Het enige wat je dan nog nodig hebt is een ticket-bureau als go-tickets die de ticketverjoop beheert. En dat functioneert goed en is niet duur. Verder waardeer ik hun snelle en klantvriendelijke communicatie en inzet.

Simple and reliable
Our first event with Go Tickets. Walked smoothly. Rarely needed help but when it did they were there too. Only the scanning went wrong as the phones we had didn't have the right software. We were late booking the Go ticket scanners. Next time for sure with GO Tickets.

Pleasant cooperation

My contact person was very friendly, helpful and fast. Both in organizing the event and handling questions about customers' cards went very well. She was very quick and easy to reach if I had any questions.

GO-Tickets ..... one less worry and one service on top
I am so happy that someone pointed me to the existence of Go-Tickets two years ago.
I have been organizing a benefit festival Metal Up For A-T for the past two years to raise money for the Twanfoundation. This foundation collects money for research into the rare childhood disease A-T.
From day 1 that I came into contact with Go-Tickets, I have had nothing but good experiences.
In the first year I made a mistake creating the tickets ... which went on sale over a weekend.
Five minutes into the presale, I found out about that mistake but couldn't get it fixed as quickly.
I left the voicemail once and I was called back within half an hour ... I think it was even shorter. TOP
This year I found out that my mobile phone, which I wanted to use as a scanner, just like last year, was no longer compatible with their updated software. This was because of the security of their system I was told. Understandable ... because you expect that the data from me, but also from those who order a ticket from me, will be handled properly.
I got a cellphone on loan anyway ..... for free because this event was for a good cause.
I also want to mention that I have already been receiving a discount for two years on the surcharge that Go-Tickets charges per sold ticket.
They also think along for a good cause.
In short ... I only had nice people on the phone when I had questions and a top service that these people provide.
I really recommend every organizer of an event with tickets in advance to give Go-Tickets a try ..... then it is no longer Go-Tickets but Stay-Tickets ......

Wat ben ik blij dat iemand mij twee jaar geleden attendeerde op het bestaan van Go-Tickets.
Ik organiseer een sinds twee jaar een benefiet festival Metal Up For A-T om geld in te zamelen voor de Twanfoundation. Deze stichting zamelt geld in voor onderzoek naar de zeldzame kinderziekte A-T.
Vanaf dag 1 dat ik in contact kwam met Go-Tickets heb ik alleen maar goede ervaringen.
In het eerste jaar had ikzelf een foutje gemaakt met het aanmaken van de tickets....die in een weekend in de verkoop gingen.
Vijf minuten na de aanvang van de voorverkoop kwam ik achter die fout maar kreeg hem niet zo snel hersteld.
1 keer de voicemail ingesproken en ik werd binnen een half uur...was denk ik nog korter teruggebeld. TOP
Dit jaar kwam ik er achter dat mijn gsm welke ik net als vorig jaar als scanner wilde gebruiken niet meer compatibel was met hun vernieuwde software. Dit was vanwege de veiligheid van hun systeem werd mij verteld. Begrijpelijk dus ....want je verwacht dat er netjes wordt omgegaan met de gegevens van mij maar ook van degene die een ticket bestellen bij mij.
Kreeg ik toch netjes een gsm in bruikleen.....gratis omdat dit evenement voor een goed doel was.
Wil ik er ook nog bij vermelden dat ik al twee jaar korting krijg op de toeslag die Go-Tickets per verkocht ticket berekend.
Ook zij denken dus mee voor het goede doel.
Kortom....alleen maar aardige mensen aan de telefoon gehad als ik vragen had en een top service die deze mensen verlenen.
Ik raad echt elke organisator van een evenement met kaarten in de voorverkoop aan om Go-Tickets eens een keer te proberen..... dan is het geen Go-Tickets meer maar Stay-Tickets......

Cheap and fast!
Because we passed the costs of the ticket platform on to the guests, we wanted the costs for the ticket platform to be as low as possible. GO tickets offer a lower price than the major players in the market, so we chose them. We also wanted speed so that there would not be long queues during the event. I can tell you we haven't had any lines. It went really smoothly and very easily. You have to download 2 apps for it (android only unfortunately) and then you are '' good to GO ''. The downsides that there are are that the app is only for android and that you have to download 2 apps at all instead of 1. (the app also works without internet, which is good)

Omdat we de kosten van het ticketplatform doorschoven naar de gasten, wilden we dat de kosten voor het ticketplatform zo laag mogelijk waren. GO-tickets biedt een lagere prijs dan de grote spelers op de markt en dus kozen we voor hun. Verder wilden we graag snelheid zodat er tijdens het evenement geen lange wachtrijen zouden ontstaan. Ik kan u vertellen dat we geen rijen hebben gehad. Het ging echt supervlot en heel makkelijk. Je moet er 2 apps voor downloaden (alleen android helaas) en dan ben je ''good to GO''. De minpuntjes die er zijn, zijn dat de app alleen voor android is en dat je überhaupt 2 apps moet downloaden i.p.v. 1. (de app werkt overigens ook zonder internet, dat is wel goed)

I recently created my first event. The event has yet to take place, but I am already very satisfied with the system and the service until now. Flexibility in the DNA
For an annual, traditional event with approximately 3,000 visitors, we switched a few years ago to an online pre-sale of the entrance tickets. We have experienced the way in which GO tickets guided and assisted us in this as particularly pleasant. Our uneasiness was actually immediately converted into enthusiasm; that we hadn't done this before!
Last edition we expanded the card types and the guidance was also great! Understandable explanations and all our last minute changes were implemented immediately.
GO tickets is and will remain our partner in online ticket sales.

Voor een jaarlijks, traditioneel evenement met ongeveer 3.000 bezoekers, zijn we een aantal jaar geleden overgestapt op een online voorverkoop van de entreebewijzen. De wijze waarop GO-tickets ons daarbij begeleid en geassisteerd heeft, hebben we als bijzonder aangenaam ervaren. Onze onwennigheid werd eigenlijk meteen omgezet in enthousiasme; dat we dit niet eerder gedaan hadden!
De afgelopen editie hebben we de kaartsoorten uitgebreid en ook daarbij was de begeleiding top! Begrijpelijk uitleg en al onze last-minute wijzigingen werden direct geïmplementeerd.

Simple, user-friendly and approachable
I discovered Go-Tickets when I was looking for a ticketing solution for a fairly small-scale free event (max 400 visitors). I found the system to be practical and easy to use and inexpensive. It was easy to track how many tickets had already been picked up, and by whom, and scanning with the (free) app was also fine. What I particularly liked is that the company is approachable for questions, and that you receive immediate answers to your questions by a real person, both by telephone and by email (and not just computer-generated answers or references to FAQ lists, such as you too. often). Recommended, as far as I'm concerned.

Wat ik vooral fijn vond is dat het bedrijf benaderbaar is voor vragen, en dat je zowel telefonisch als per mail meteen antwoord krijgt op je vragen door een echt persoon (en dus niet alleen maar computergegenereerde antwoorden of verwijzingen naar FAQ-lijsten, zoals je te vaak ziet). Aanrader, wat mij betreft.

Great system at a good price
Creating and managing events is super easy. Also sufficient options to set everything as desired (in or excluding service costs, group tickets, numbers, etc.). The Android app for scanning also works great. Saves a hand scanner plus laptop. Too bad there is no iPhone variant.
Price is good (better than the larger systems) and you will always be helped quickly and friendly with questions. Have been using it for 4 years now (events for about 500 visitors) and many nice improvements have been made during that time. Can recommend to everyone!

Evenementen aanmaken en beheren is super eenvoudig. Ook voldoende opties om naar wens alles in te stellen (in of exclusief service kosten, groepstickets, aantallen etc). De Android app om te scannen werkt ook super goed. Scheelt een handscanner plus laptop. Jammer dat er geen iPhone variant is.
Prijs is goed (beter dan de grotere systemen) en je wordt bij vragen altijd snel en vriendelijk geholpen. Gebruik het inmiddels 4 jaar (evenementen voor ongeveer 500 bezoekers) en in die tijd ook veel mooie verbeteringen doorgevoerd. Kan het iedereen aanraden!

Go-tickets: Excellent service at a competitive price
Due to the recent growth and professionalization of our event organization Springtij Events, we were looking for a service-oriented, affordable and cooperative partner that offers a total solution in ticket shop, payment, service, ticket scan software and technical back-up. We have more than found this partner in Go tickets. We hosted an event on Saturday September 30th with 200+ tickets sold, through our own customized ticket portal, offered by Go tickets. We are very satisfied from start to finish (from thinking along about the most convenient set-up, to competitive pricing, to extra payment moments, to perfectly functioning ticket scanning software, to aftercare). If we still have to mention a minus point, it is the fact that the ticket scanning software is not (yet) compatible with iOS devices, but they are working hard on that!
In any case, we will be working with Go tickets again at our next event!

Vanwege de recentelijke groei en professionaliseringsslag van onze evenementenorganisatie Springtij Events waren we op zoek naar een servicegerichte, betaalbare en meedenkende partner die een totaaloplossing biedt in ticketshop, payment, service, ticketscansoftware en technische back-up. Deze partner hebben we ruimschoots gevonden in Go-tickets. We hebben zaterdag 30 september een evenement neergezet met 200+ verkochte kaarten, via onze eigen customized ticket-portal, aangeboden door Go-tickets. Van begin tot eind (van meedenken over de handigste opzet, tot competitieve prijsopbouw, tot extra uitbetaalmomenten, tot perfect werkende ticketscansoftware, tot nazorg) zijn we erg tevreden. Als we dan toch een min-puntje moeten noemen, is dat het feit dat de ticketscansoftware (nog) niet compatible is met iOS-devices, maar daar zijn ze hard mee bezig!
Wij gaan bij ons volgende event in ieder geval wederom met Go-tickets samenwerken!

Clear, uncluttered and easy to use
Last Saturday we used the go-ticket service for the first time. Ticket sales in advance went well and clearly displayed on the dashboard with links that could be easily copied to facebook and the wib site. On the day itself, the app with the scanner worked as it should. All in all, a great experience.

Nice application

Fantastic collaboration
After several years of searching for a suitable online ticket seller, I ended up at GO-Tickets. A simple and effective way of working, ditto online system and pleasant and customer-oriented people, that is what GO-Tickets describes. Pleasant work
Go-tickets is a great way to offer professional tickets to my customers. I am not very handy with creating events and tickets, but luckily the Go-tickets team is always quickly accessible and helps me on my way again.

A committed and reliable partner with a great product
For a number of years now, we have been using the GO ticket reservation and ticket system for our events and, wonderfully, what relief that is. The system works well, tickets are easy to create, the system does what it is supposed to do, and if you really can't figure it out, a fast service is guaranteed. I can wholeheartedly recommend GO tickets.

Good support, nice system
This year we used the Go-ticket service for the first year. The support was good and you could always contact the ladies of Go-tickets. During the event itself we scanned with mobile phones and that went very well. Conclusion: we are very satisfied and would like to do business again next year.

As a "layman" I searched after a reliable ticket agency. I came across GO tickets through an acquaintance. After the 1st phone call I had with them, I hung up with a homely warm feeling. Just cozy and with normal understandable words. And that is very handy for a 1 finger typing computer geek like me! What I personally found a bit less is the long manual for closing your event. This is probably also due to me, since if I read the instructions for e.g. read through a new device, the sweat is already on my forehead! Ik zocht als "leek" na een betrouwbaar ticketbureau. Via een kennis kwam ik bij GO-tickets terecht. Na het 1ste telefoontje wat ik met ze had, hing ik op met een huizelijk warm gevoel. Gewoon gezellig en met normale begrijpbare woorden. En dat is voor een 1 vingertypende computernerd als ik wel erg handig! Wat ik persoonlijk wel ietjes minder vond, is de lange handleiding bij het afsluiten voor je evenement. Waarschijnlijk ligt dat ook aan mezelf, aangezien ik, als ik de gebruiksaanwijzing van b.v. een nieuw apparaat doorlees, het zweet al op mijn voorhoofd staat! Fast ticket check!
On 24-6 there was a music party in Hillegom with a great line-up
The expectation was 4000 people, therefore, also went into sea with go tickets. Equally 25% of the tickets sold online, the rest at the presale addresses and almost sold out on the day itself.
Scanning with telephones is fine, clear menu.
Ideally, I would no longer want paper tickets at all.
Helpdesk (Ineke ????) helps directly with questions and the committee is very reasonable so Go-tickets I know where to find you next time.

De verwachting was 4000 man dus daarom ook met go-tickets in zee gegaan. Gelijk 25% van de kaarten online verkocht de rest bij de voorverkoopadressen en op de dag zelf bijna uitverkocht.
Scannen met telefoons gaat prima, overzichtelijk menu.
Het liefst zou ik helemaal geen papieren tickets meer willen.
Helpdesk (Ineke????) helpt direct bij vragen en de commissie is zeer schappelijk dus Go-tickets ik weet jullie te vinden voor volgende keer.

Club & Event 22-24 has been connected since the inception of go tickets. The collaboration has been successful for several years. Over the years, products, services and the package have been developed into a ticket system that, in our opinion, is indispensable. Questions from our side are always resolved.

TIcket sales completely online in 2 years
Like many events, our ticket sales were off-line with the help of many volunteers (a carnival party with about 1500 visitors a day). Safety and overview is an ever-increasing issue. Now that everything is completely online, the payment flow is also completely digital and we have a daily overview of ticket sales, can start much earlier with ticket sales and make adjustments per day where necessary. 2 years later our ticket sales have risen considerably and for the busiest days are already completely sold out well before the carnival. And last but not least, the money in the account.

Zoals veel events was ook bij ons (een carnavalsfeest met ca 1500 bezoekers per dag) de kaartverkoop off line met hulp van vele vrijwilligers. Veiligheid en overzicht is dan een steeds groter vraagstuk. Nu alles volledig online is, gaat de betaalstroom ook volledig digitaal en hebben we per dag overzicht van de kaartverkoop, kunnen veel eerder beginnen met de kaartverkoop en per dag bijsturen daar waar nodig. 2 jaar verder is onze kaartverkoop behoorlijk gestegen en voor de drukste dagen al ruim voor de carnaval volledig uitverkocht. En niet onbelangrijk, het geld op de rekening.

Great system!
i was looking for a ticketing programme to make sure a fairly large party went smoothly. We were hoping for 75 registrations and ended up getting 150. It was really nice not to have to pay an upfront/monthly fee, but just a small commission per ticket. The options in the software are also really good, practical to use and self-explanatory! We were helped really quickly and well by Aron when we had questions. I would definitely recommend it!

ik was op zoek naar een ticketing programma om een wat uit de kluiten gewassen feestje soepel te laten verlopen. We hoopten op 75 aanmeldingen en kregen er uiteindelijk 150. Het was erg fijn dat we geen upfront/maandelijkse fee hoefden te betalen, maar een kleine commissie per ticket. Ook de opties binnen de software zijn erg fijn, werken praktisch en werken voor zich! We werden supersnel en goed geholpen door Aron toen we vragen hadden. Ik zou het zeker aanraden!
