Alma Libre provides Mexican street food on location for corporate parties, weddings, garden parties, receptions, festivals, and other events. From two striking Bedford food trucks, the team brings a full fiesta to the client's location, including service, freshly prepared dishes, and optional beverage packages.

The basis of the menu consists of slow-cooked fillings with distinct Mexican flavors. Organizers can choose from options including pulled pork, chicken tinga, chicken mole, refried beans, and pulled jackfruit. These fillings are incorporated into tacos, nachos, burritos, tortas, and memelitas. There are packages for short receptions, quick lunches, after-work gatherings, and elaborate street food evenings. For larger or more festive occasions, there is also an all-inclusive package featuring multiple dishes, desserts, drinks, and a piñata experience.

Alma Libre collaborates on the menu composition and adapts the offerings to various dietary requirements. Vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, lactose-free, alcohol-free, and halal options are available. Furthermore, guests can choose their favorite filling and desired level of spiciness.

Those wishing to add extra atmosphere to the event can include a drinks package. The selection includes margaritas with tequila or mezcal, virgin margaritas, Mexican beers, wines, Jarritos, and homemade hibiscus tea. For larger events, Alma Libre can provide two food trucks, bringing food, drinks, and entertainment together in one recognizable concept.

The application process is simple. After a short briefing, the organizer receives a tailor-made proposal, adapted to the number of guests, the chosen package, the location, and the desired duration. Alma Libre is based in Brecht and active at events in Belgium.
