The Southern Pines Wedding and Event Venue

The Southern Pines Wedding and Event Venue is a family-owned event space in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, designed for intimate weddings, receptions and a wide range of social and corporate occasions. Located just off the Parkway, the venue provides a convenient base for celebrations near the attractions, restaurants and hotels of the Smoky Mountains area.

Inside, organisers will find a warm, rustic setting with knotty pine interiors, reclaimed barn wood, antique details and seasonal decorations. The climate-controlled 3,000-square-foot space includes an elevated stage, professional sound equipment, dimmable lighting, a built-in bar, kitchenette, restrooms, dressing rooms and access to a welcoming front porch. The layout can be adapted for formal dinners, dancing, ceremonies, family gatherings, holiday parties, rehearsal dinners, birthdays, baby showers, fraternity socials and other private functions.

The main hall accommodates up to 100 guests, depending on the seating arrangement. Round-table layouts suit smaller gatherings, while rectangular tables can be used for larger groups. Ceremony-style seating is available for more intimate weddings, and the stage provides a practical focal point for speeches, entertainment, presentations and announcements.

Wedding packages range from elopements and micro weddings to larger celebrations, with options including venue use, tables, chairs, linens, sound equipment, microphones, existing décor, setup and clean-up. Couples may also request catering, full-service assistance and additional rental items. Non-wedding organisers can choose between flexible à la carte arrangements and more comprehensive packages. Outside caterers are welcome, while the on-site team remains available to assist with lighting, sound and event support.
