Combeinteignhead Village Hall

Combeinteignhead Village Hall is a welcoming, flexible venue for weddings, birthday parties, private celebrations, meetings, fairs, performances and community events in the Devon countryside. The hall combines a traditional village setting with practical facilities for organisers who need a straightforward and adaptable space.

The main hall offers 109 square metres of light, centrally heated space and can seat more than 120 guests. It can also be opened into the adjoining Whiteaway room when additional space is needed. The smaller Whiteaway room is suitable for intimate gatherings of up to around 30 people, while a separate meeting space can accommodate smaller business or community sessions.

Event organisers have access to a modern kitchen with cooking equipment, refrigeration, crockery, cutlery and preparation space. A licensed bar is available for selected bookings, with a range of alcoholic and alcohol-free drinks. Tables and chairs can be provided, helping hirers plan receptions, dinners, workshops and parties without arranging every item separately.

The venue also includes a stage, projection screen, projector and PA system available by arrangement. A paved patio provides useful outdoor space for summer lunches, barbecues and informal refreshments. On-site parking for approximately 22 vehicles, accessible toilet facilities, Wi-Fi and a children’s play area add further convenience for family events and mixed-age gatherings.

Wedding hire includes the available spaces across a full weekend period, allowing time for set-up and clear-down. Other rooms and packages can be booked by the hour or for longer periods, with options suited to children’s parties, adult celebrations, meetings and larger private functions.
