In Montluçon, MONEV offers organizers an exhibition center designed to host events of varying sizes and formats. The site boasts over 20,000 m² of covered space, four exhibition halls, an agricultural hall, and a large outdoor area. Its spaces are suitable for trade shows, exhibitions, sporting events, and other gatherings requiring significant floor space.

For conferences, galas, and receptions, the Espace Saphir offers 880 m² of space and adjoining kitchens. It can accommodate up to 700 people with tables and chairs. The more intimate Salle Diamant offers 272 m² with a bar and an adjoining veranda. It is suitable for meetings, family meals, and celebrations. The 18,000 m² outdoor space also allows for the possibility of hosting open-air events and circuses.

The four halls, A, B, C, and D, each offer 4,374 m² of space, with varying ceiling heights. The agricultural hall, with a surface area of 2,625 m², is particularly suited to the needs of agricultural fairs and exhibitions. Depending on the chosen configuration, services such as sound systems and cleaning can be provided. The venue also benefits from a 5,000-space parking lot and easy access to the A71 motorway.
