Historic Brookfield Estate

Historic Brookfield Estate is a private wedding and event venue set across 17 acres of Georgia pastureland in Griffin. Its tree-lined grounds, historic buildings and garden spaces give organisers a range of settings for ceremonies, receptions and smaller gatherings, with room to shape the day around their plans.

Outdoor options include a hedged dressage field and a fenced pasture, both suited to larger receptions and tented celebrations. For more intimate occasions, the estate has a brick garden, a rustic wine garden, a smoke house and an open-air pole barn. The covered carriage house provides a sheltered space for smaller gatherings, with a kitchenette, electricity and Wi-Fi. Different areas can be used throughout the day for a ceremony, drinks reception, dinner or photographs.

Wedding packages are available for peak-season Saturdays, other weekends, weekdays and micro celebrations. Depending on the package, couples can have access to several parts of the estate, the dressing cottages, parking and photo locations. Optional additions include overnight stays in the cottages, extra time on the property, a planning session and a carriage-house space for a rehearsal dinner or welcome event. A tent package is also offered for garden weddings.

The estate is a venue rather than a full-service caterer. Organisers can bring their own suppliers, including caterers, florists, rental companies, musicians and entertainment, or request recommendations. The property does not provide food or drink, so organisers can select suppliers that suit their event. Its varied grounds and buildings make it a distinctive setting for weddings, vow renewals, family celebrations and other private gatherings.
