The Ballroom at The Londoner

The Ballroom at The Londoner is a large, adaptable event space in the heart of London’s West End. It is available for weddings, corporate functions, conferences, presentations, product launches, gala dinners and private celebrations. The main room can be divided into two sections, allowing organisers to shape the space around their programme, guest numbers and preferred layout. A separate foyer provides an area for arrivals, registration, drinks receptions or post-event gatherings.

The ballroom can host receptions for up to 800 guests and seated dinners for up to 528. For conferences and presentations, organisers can choose layouts such as theatre, classroom or cabaret seating. The venue also has a stage, dancefloor and integrated audiovisual equipment, including projection, screens, a multi-speaker sound system, moving lights and infrastructure for hybrid broadcasts. A private entrance, loading bay and direct lift access help with guest arrivals and event production.

An in-house events team supports planning and coordination, while the hotel’s chefs can provide set or tailored menus. Two adjoining kitchens serve the ballroom, helping the team coordinate meal service for larger gatherings.
