Venue 132

Venue 132 is a private event venue in downtown Dowagiac, Michigan, offering a welcoming setting for celebrations and small gatherings of up to 100 guests. The venue suits wedding receptions and related occasions, including showers, engagement parties and rehearsal dinners. It also hosts birthdays, graduations, family and class reunions, holiday parties, luncheons, cocktail gatherings, charity events and corporate functions.

The venue occupies a renovated downtown space with exposed brick, original wood floors and high tin ceilings. Its approximately 1,850-square-foot event area has tables and black Chiavari chairs, climate control, dimmable chandeliers, comfortable seating and two electric fireplaces. A warming kitchen and dry bar are available, along with accessible restrooms, wireless internet and basic audio-visual equipment. The space is on one floor and is designed to accommodate guests with mobility needs.

Organisers can choose from rental packages with different inclusions. Depending on the package, these may include table linens, dinnerware, serving items, lighting equipment, a Bluetooth sound system, projector and screen, and use of the venue’s stock decorations. The venue allows organisers to bring in food and drinks through local caterers and bartenders, rather than providing in-house catering or alcohol service. Rental periods vary by day and length, giving planners options for shorter gatherings or longer celebrations. Public parking is available nearby. Venue 132 invites prospective clients to arrange a tour and discuss availability and event requirements directly with the team.
