Leisure World Clubhouse 2

Leisure World Clubhouse 2 is a community function space in Seal Beach, California, serving residents and authorised groups within the Leisure World community. Its large meeting area and kitchen can accommodate gatherings such as meetings, dances and banquets. The clubhouse also has a game room, a pool and billiards room, a large-screen television and outdoor recreation areas nearby, including a picnic area and bocce courts. A barbecue patio is available by reservation.

The wider clubhouse programme includes activities organised by community clubs and the Golden Rain Foundation, from social gatherings and live-band dances to seasonal celebrations. Private-party reservations are handled through Leisure World’s Recreation Department, and a refundable deposit applies. Use is restricted: clubhouse functions for people who are not members of the community are prohibited. Residents who belong to an outside organisation may book an event once a year, subject to a fee. This means the space is not a general-purpose venue for unrestricted public or corporate hire, so organisers should check eligibility and reservation details with the Recreation Department before making plans.

For eligible bookings, Clubhouse 2 offers a practical setting for a resident celebration or community gathering, with indoor space for guests and access to recreation facilities around Mission Park. The site lists daily opening hours of 7:30am to 10:00pm. Availability, booking conditions and the permitted use of each space should be confirmed directly with the community’s Recreation Department.
