Epiphany House

Epiphany House is a Detroit event venue in the historic East Indian Village District, with two distinct rooms that can be hired separately or together. The Kercheval Gallery welcomes weddings, showers, dinners and smaller gatherings. Natural light and polished floors give the room a characterful setting for occasions where the look and atmosphere matter. For larger events, the Cadillac Showroom offers a high-ceilinged, open-plan space suited to galas, concerts, fashion shows, conferences and receptions. The venue describes capacity of up to 200 guests in the Gallery and up to 400 in the Showroom.

Organisers can make use of tables, chairs and lounge furniture, with décor options and set-ups that can be adapted to the occasion. Bar packages are available, and the venue can connect organisers with in-house food partners or support the use of an outside caterer. Event staff and a coordinator on the day can help with the practical running of the gathering. The rooms are on accessible upper floors, parking is available across the street, and on-site suites offer an accommodation option for guests staying overnight.

The combination of a flexible gallery and a larger showroom makes the venue suitable for both personal celebrations and business occasions. Organisers can enquire about hiring one room or bringing guests together across the spaces, then plan the layout, food and drinks around their event. From a wedding reception or family dinner to a conference or company gala, Epiphany House provides a Detroit setting with support and amenities to help bring the event together.
