The Joseph Bernès community hall is a municipal space located on Place du 8 Mai 1945 in Aussonne, near Toulouse. The town offers it for rent for private gatherings and community events. Its advertised capacity is 220 people, making it suitable for events bringing together large groups, such as family celebrations, birthday parties, or evenings organized by associations.

Reservations are made through the town hall. Applications are accepted from residents, associations, and, subject to municipal regulations, external organizers. Associations are asked to submit their reservation application at least one month before the event and to wait for confirmation before considering the reservation valid. Rental fees and security deposits may apply, with amounts varying depending on the applicant's profile.

The municipality also provides a smaller community hall, room no. 1, with a maximum capacity of 50 people, located on Place Jean-Jaurès. This option is suitable for meetings and events with a small group. As the two spaces are separate, organizers can contact the municipal services to choose the one that best suits their needs and event.

The Joseph Bernès hall also hosts locally organized public and cultural events. Those planning a reception or event can contact the town hall to inquire about availability, access procedures, included equipment, and applicable usage rules for their chosen date.
