Gut Schwabhof

Meringer Str. 132, 86163 Augsburg, Germany

Gut Schwabhof is a historic estate in Augsburg that rents out its rooms for private and business events. The property combines the character of a traditional farm with versatile indoor spaces and a well-maintained outdoor area. Two halls are available for weddings, family celebrations, birthdays, and corporate events: the Bohemian vaulted hall on the ground floor and the former hayloft on the upper floor. Both rooms are approximately 440 square meters in size. The entire venue is suitable for celebrations and events with approximately 70 to 300 guests.

Conferences, seminars, concerts, art openings, and presentations can also be held at the estate. For corporate events, the rooms can be arranged according to the organizers' wishes. The courtyard offers space for receptions, outdoor weddings, and program elements. The halls are rented without seating, allowing for flexible planning to suit each occasion. According to Gut Schwabhof, simultaneous rentals to multiple parties are not permitted.

For food and beverages, the venue collaborates with select catering partners. Event organizers can coordinate catering details directly with these providers. Amenities include dance floors and parking directly at the building, and the vaulted hall is wheelchair accessible. The property is located in the Hochzoll-Süd district of Augsburg and is accessible via Meringer Straße. The rooms can be rented for one or more days. Gut Schwabhof thus offers a versatile setting for festive occasions, business events, and cultural programs in a historic environment.
