City of Aurora Civic Center

Aurora Civic Center is a city-run venue in Aurora, Indiana, available to rent for private gatherings and small organised events. It offers a practical indoor setting for occasions such as birthday parties, family celebrations, community get-togethers and group meals or meetings. The room can accommodate up to 66 people, with tables and chairs arranged for around 60 guests to sit together comfortably.

The facility is available throughout the year and is rented for a full day rather than by the hour, giving organisers time to prepare the space, welcome guests and clear up after their event. Heating and air conditioning help make it suitable in different seasons. A full-service kitchen is provided for event-related food preparation, alongside on-site restroom facilities. The venue is a straightforward option for organisers who need an indoor room with useful amenities, rather than a large-scale conference or exhibition centre.

Reservations are handled through the City of Aurora Parks and Recreation facility-rental process. Organisers can request a date and review the applicable rental arrangements before confirming. Tables and chairs are available at the venue, and the room’s modest capacity makes it best suited to smaller gatherings where guests can share a meal, meet or celebrate in one space. The Civic Center is part of the city’s wider set of park and recreation facilities, which also includes other rentable spaces around Aurora.
