Head Expo bv

Head Expo (Head Expo be) is a full-service stand builder based in Meerlo, North Limburg. We design, build, and install exhibition stands for companies that want to showcase themselves at trade fairs throughout Europe.

Whether you need a compact stand of just a few square meters or a striking island stand of 300 m²: with us, you arrange everything through a single party. We create the 3D design so that you can see exactly what your stand will look like beforehand. We then take care of production, large-format printing, the truss, illuminated 3D signage and light letters, transport, setup and dismantling on the exhibition floor, and storage until your next trade show. Prefer flexibility? Then rent a modular exhibition stand that you can reuse at multiple trade shows.

With over 12 years of experience and more than 500 built stands and projects in over 15 countries, we know the rules and logistics of the major European trade fairs. We build at Hannover Messe, Drupa and interpack in Düsseldorf, CPHI in Frankfurt, IAA and Intersolar in Munich, Anuga and Kind+Jugend in Cologne, Intertraffic and the RAI in Amsterdam, and Cosmoprof in Bologna, among others.

Recent projects: AVATR (IAA Munich, 255 m²), U-FLEX (Drupa, 290 m²), Viyash (CPHI Frankfurt, 99 m²) and Eunomia Traffic (Intertraffic Amsterdam, 42 m²).
