Halo Private Party Venue

Halo is a private party venue in Rutherford, New Jersey, offering a dedicated space for celebrations of up to 100 guests. Organisers can book the venue for adult and children’s birthdays, Sweet 16s and quinceañeras, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, baby showers, graduations, engagements and other social occasions. The room combines a dance-floor and lounge feel, with a DJ booth, sound system, professional lighting, high-top tables, an oversized bar and a separate VIP lounge area.

Party packages can include an in-house DJ and emcee, who can coordinate music and special moments such as introductions, first dances and cake cutting. Hosts can also arrange their own entertainment or provide music. Catering choices include buffet and appetiser options, with the flexibility for hosts to bring their own food. Halo is a BYOB venue, and organisers are responsible for providing and serving alcoholic drinks with a professional bartender. The venue supplies wine glasses, ice and commercial coolers.

Additional options include photography, a photo booth, themed backdrops and photo displays on the venue’s televisions. Hosts are welcome to decorate the room to suit their celebration. Security is provided for teenage parties, and is required for birthday events for guests aged 15 to 25. Beyond private parties, the space is available at selected times for uses such as classes, photoshoots and organisational meetings. Event planners can arrange a visit to see the space and discuss package options.
