The Ambassador Event Center

The Ambassador Event Center is a flexible event venue in Irvine, California, offering indoor and outdoor spaces for weddings, corporate functions and private celebrations. Its approximately 6,000-square-foot venue includes a ballroom, a landscaped courtyard, a foyer and a more relaxed gym space, allowing organisers to choose a setting suited to their event and guest numbers.

The ballroom is the main space, with capacity for up to 220 guests at a plated dinner, around 250 for buffet dining and up to 300 for a cocktail-style reception. It can host wedding receptions, gala dinners, company celebrations, networking events and milestone parties. Couples can also use the courtyard for a ceremony or drinks reception before moving indoors for dinner. For smaller or less formal gatherings, the gym can accommodate up to 100 guests, while the foyer provides a useful area for arrivals and pre-event activity.

The venue welcomes corporate meetings and seminars, luncheons, team dinners, holiday parties, fundraisers, birthdays, anniversaries, graduations and other social events. Standard venue provisions include chairs, tables, an audiovisual system and televisions, with event time included in the booking. Additional items such as dance floors, linen and other furniture can be arranged separately.

Canyon Catering is the exclusive caterer, providing food, drinks and event staffing, with menu options suited to different guest counts and service styles. Organisers can enquire about availability, space options and pricing directly with the venue, and arrange a visit to assess how the rooms will work for their plans.
