Stage It

Stage It provides technical production services and equipment hire for organisers putting on live events. Based in Newark, the team can support a production from the early design stage through to the technical delivery on the day. Its work includes sound engineering and reinforcement, lighting, visuals, staging, rigging and power planning, with the service tailored to the requirements of each show.

Organisers can book technical support for a range of productions, from a wedding requiring a PA system to larger outdoor events needing a line array and mixing equipment. The team can also provide microphones, consoles, processing equipment, projectors and video walls. Where a production needs several technical elements, Stage It offers full event provision, coordinating the production requirements and working with specialist partners where appropriate.

For shows with tightly timed or complex cues, Stage It offers show design and programming to bring audio, video and lighting elements together. Its experience also includes supporting bands on tour, helping maintain a consistent technical presentation at different venues.

Equipment is available for dry hire, so organisers and production teams can hire selected items without an accompanying technician, with collection or delivery options. Not all equipment is available on this basis, so availability can be checked when planning a booking. Whether you need a specific piece of kit or broader technical production support, Stage It works with event organisers to identify a suitable solution for the event.
