Grace Wedding Venue and Event Center

Grace is an event venue in Portland, Maine, set inside a restored 19th-century church in the city's Old Port. Its historic architecture, stained glass, high ceilings and original woodwork give weddings and other gatherings a distinctive setting, while the scale and flexible layouts make the building suitable for a range of event formats.

The venue includes the Sanctuary, a two-level main space, and the Greatroom, which is included with the rental. Organisers can plan a wedding ceremony, cocktail reception, dinner and dancing within the same building, and adjust the room arrangement to suit their plans. The venue describes capacity for seated dinners of around 100 guests and cocktail receptions of up to 295.

Grace also hosts corporate functions and large private celebrations, including parties, silent auctions and multimedia events. Its rooms can be arranged for more intimate gatherings or larger, multi-level occasions. Public events such as fundraisers, galas, markets and ticketed dinners are also part of its offering. An in-house liquor licence allows the venue team to provide bar service for suitable events, and staff coordinate the room setup with organisers.
