The Barley Room at Pabst

The Barley Room at Pabst is a Milwaukee venue for weddings, private celebrations and corporate gatherings. Set in the former Pabst Brewing Company Bottling House, the space combines Cream City brick, industrial details, polished concrete floors and large windows with an open layout that organisers can adapt to their event. The venue is in the Brewery District, close to downtown hotels, restaurants, entertainment and parking.

Couples can host both their wedding ceremony and reception in one location. The space is also available for celebrations such as quinceañeras, bar and bat mitzvahs, showers, birthdays, anniversaries, graduation parties and rehearsal dinners. Corporate and community uses include networking events, company parties, fundraisers and other private gatherings. The venue advertises capacity for up to 225 guests, with the final arrangement depending on the event and layout.

The main room can be configured for dining, mingling and dancing, while a front foyer provides space for arrivals or a cocktail hour. Getting-ready suites are available for wedding parties, and a semi-prep kitchen supports organisers' chosen food arrangements. Clients can select their own vendors and bring in their preferred cuisine. Tables and chairs are included, and the venue lists a speaker system, coloured uplighting and a champagne wall among its features. A ceremony can be held alongside a reception booking, and early access is available for set-up. Organisers can contact the venue to discuss dates, pricing, beverage arrangements and a tour.
