The centre has two rooms available to rent. The Lakeview Room accommodates up to 102 guests with tables and chairs, and features a fireplace, a bar area and a deck. It suits wedding receptions, family celebrations, company outings, holiday parties, bar and bat mitzvahs, seminars and classes. The smaller Gillson Room holds up to 56 guests with tables and chairs, making it a practical choice for meetings, workshops, classes and intimate gatherings. The rooms can also be booked together for larger occasions, subject to the venue's arrangements and capacity limits.

The park setting offers further possibilities for event planners. Gillson Park has separate rental options for picnic areas, a covered pavilion and Wallace Bowl, an outdoor amphitheatre with a stage and raised seating. These spaces are reserved separately from the Lakeview Center rooms, so organisers can explore them when planning an outdoor gathering or a programme that uses more than one location.

Rentals are available on weekday evenings and at weekends, depending on availability, and have a four-hour minimum. Tables and chairs are provided, while organisers can plan their own layout and bring additional items such as table linen and decorations. The centre also has guest Wi-Fi.
