Domein Begonia hires out function rooms in De Pinte for private and business events. The venue has four rooms in different sizes, allowing organisers to choose a space that suits their party and plans. The Piramidezaal can accommodate up to 90 people and has its own entrance. The Ibis and Kolibri rooms each have a capacity of 150 people. The largest space, Nandoe, can accommodate up to 300 guests and is equipped with a stage and a wooden dance floor.

The rooms have air conditioning, their own sound system and separate toilet facilities. For larger gatherings or events with a different layout, movable walls can be used to create several separate spaces. The Piramidezaal can also be hired on its own, making it suitable for smaller events or gatherings that need a separate entrance.

Domein Begonia provides the venue and gives organisers plenty of freedom in how they use it. If you would like to arrange the catering yourself, this can be discussed. This allows customers to tailor their party or business event to their own preferences. There is ample parking for cars on the estate. The venue is accessible from the E17 and is within walking distance of De Pinte station. Organisers can get in touch to discuss the options and view the rooms in advance.
