Its offer is aimed, among others, at couples, families and event planners looking for a venue for a celebration with guests. The rooms can be enquired about for weddings, engagement parties, pre-wedding celebrations, circumcision celebrations, balls, company parties, seminars, concerts and New Year's Eve events. Birthdays and other occasions can also be arranged by agreement.

According to the operator, the decor and services on offer are tailored to each occasion and the organisers' wishes. Additional options include a selection of decorations, catering, drinks and starters, wedding cakes and service staff. Davul and Zurna are also available for celebrations with music. Photo and video recordings can also be requested. According to the business, parking is available.

Interested parties can discuss their ideas with the team and talk through a bespoke offer. This is helpful when planning the schedule, equipment and suitable services for a celebration. The venue is particularly geared towards weddings and larger family celebrations, but is also suitable for corporate events and stage programmes such as concerts or theatre performances. The website also mentions another wedding hall run by the operator, named Royal Class, with room for up to 200 people.
