PierView Room

PierView Room is a private-hire function space on the seafront at Boscombe, Bournemouth, with views across the beach and sea. Organisers can book it for social celebrations and professional gatherings, including birthday parties, summer events, baby showers, wakes, team-building sessions and corporate networking. The room accommodates up to 50 people and is available throughout the year.

The venue provides tables and chairs, with the hire arrangement suited to organisers who want a flexible room for their own event. Facilities include Wi-Fi, a speaker system and a food preparation and storage area with a fridge, freezer and hot water urn. Highchairs are available for family occasions, and accessible public toilet facilities are nearby. A pay-and-display car park opposite the venue offers a practical option for guests arriving by car.

For daytime bookings, organisers can ask about pre-ordered meals from the nearby Pierview Kitchen menu. Catering arrangements depend on guest numbers and dietary requirements, so these should be discussed when planning the booking. The room is close to Boscombe Pier and the promenade, giving guests a distinctive coastal setting while remaining a dedicated indoor space for the gathering.

PierView Room is managed by BCP Council. Organisers can check availability, hire terms and prices with the council team or use its online booking route. Its combination of private room hire, practical facilities and beachfront location makes it an option for smaller celebrations, community occasions and business events in Bournemouth.
