Tin Roof Farms LLC

Set across 75 acres of countryside near Saluda, South Carolina, Tin Roof Farms offers a rural setting for weddings, receptions, rehearsal celebrations and corporate events. Its grounds bring together open fields, mature trees and several indoor and outdoor spaces, giving organisers options for different parts of an event and changing weather.

The main reception space is an air-conditioned barn with room for up to 299 guests. It opens onto a covered patio and courtyard, allowing celebrations to flow between indoors and outdoors. For wedding ceremonies, couples can choose a climate-controlled chapel or an outdoor lawn framed by oak trees. Other ceremony settings include a pergola area and a larger oak-lined site. The venue also provides a bridal suite and a separate bunkhouse for wedding parties to use while getting ready.

Wedding packages include venue staff on site, table and chair set-up, and clean-up. The reception facilities include tables, chairs, a portable dance floor and a kitchen for caterers, with separate vendor parking to help with event preparations. Organisers can select from package options, including a micro-wedding package, and can ask about additional event options.

Although weddings are a key focus, Tin Roof Farms also welcomes corporate gatherings and other celebrations. Organisers can arrange a tour, discuss event requirements and check available dates directly with the venue. Its combination of a barn reception room, ceremony spaces and outdoor areas makes it suitable for events that need distinct settings for the ceremony, meal and social time.
