L'espace Chicago

L'espace Chicago is a compact event venue in the Stewart Business Center, offering a private, furnished setting for gatherings of up to 50 people. The space is available to individuals, groups and companies planning occasions such as birthday celebrations, church functions and corporate events. Its modest capacity makes it suited to organisers looking for a more intimate room rather than a large hall.

Bookings are offered in set packages, with room hire generally including tables and chairs. Depending on the option selected, organisers can also arrange table linen, chair covers, centrepieces, food tables, backdrop stands and equipment for serving or keeping food warm. A prep kitchen with a microwave and refrigerator is available for event use. Wi-Fi is provided, and some packages include a Bluetooth speaker and wireless microphone. Additional items can be hired, including a projector and screen, fountains, machines for snacks and sweets, and balloon features.

The venue is on the fourth floor and has lift access. The building is near Interstate 94 and CTA bus and train services, with parking available nearby and in a private lot at the rear. Organisers can request a tour before booking, and the venue lists appointment-only hours for enquiries and viewings. Package durations and inclusions vary, with options for daytime events as well as longer bookings. L'espace Chicago provides a straightforward room-rental option for smaller occasions where organisers want essential furniture and practical facilities in one place.
