Arborwood by Shoup's

Arborwood by Shoup's is a wedding and event venue in Frankfort, Indiana, set in a historic former country club among wooded grounds and gardens. Its spaces combine original architectural details with updated facilities, giving organisers a choice of indoor rooms and outdoor settings for ceremonies, receptions and other gatherings.

For weddings, couples can choose the ballroom, garden patio or packages that bring venue hire together with selected services. The ballroom can seat up to 260 guests, while the garden offers an outdoor option with arbour features, lighting, fountains and a firepit seating area. Bridal and groom suites provide space to get ready, and venue packages can include tables, chairs, linens, china, a sound system and help from an on-site coordinator. The team also offers planning meetings and tastings to help couples discuss layouts, menus and event details.

The venue welcomes other occasions too, including family reunions, wedding showers, company lunches, corporate picnics, meetings and private parties. The Arbor Room accommodates gatherings of up to 230 people and includes Wi-Fi, a microphone, podium and sound system. Smaller options include a bar and lounge, as well as lower-level gathering rooms. Outdoor garden hire is also available for seasonal events.

Shoup's provides the venue's catering, with menus for buffets and other meal formats, while bar service is arranged through the venue. Organisers can enquire about room availability, event packages and the services suited to their guest numbers and plans.
