The Village Events

The Village Events offers three distinctive venues in Nebraska for weddings, receptions, private celebrations and other gatherings. Organisers can choose The Village, a downtown Kearney ballroom in a restored 1940 building, The Farm, a rural setting with a barn and extensive outdoor space near Shelton, or The Chalet, a barn-style venue surrounded by landscaped grounds in Gibbon. Each location has its own character, giving couples and event planners a choice of an urban industrial-rustic setting, a country farm or a more intimate outdoor environment.

Venue hire can include tables, chairs and linens, with layouts and capacities varying by location. The Village has a ballroom, preparation kitchen, bridal suite and separate space for the wedding party. The Farm combines indoor barn space with a pergola, farmhouse and outdoor areas for larger gatherings. The Chalet offers indoor facilities as well as access to a pergola and forested grounds. The venues can suit ceremonies, receptions, rehearsal dinners, birthdays and private parties.

Organisers may bring their own food or arrange catering separately. On-site bar service is available, and selected venue provisions include sound equipment, kitchen access and event clean-up. The Village Events also provides a booking process that includes pricing information, venue tours, reservation and a pre-event walk-through. Its three-site collection gives planners options for different event styles and guest numbers while keeping venue hire and practical arrangements with one operator.
