Oranjerie Vollenhoven is an exclusive-use event venue on the historic Landgoed Vollenhoven in De Bilt. The characterful building, once intended for plants to overwinter in, is tucked away beside the historic kitchen garden and surrounded by greenery. The peaceful setting and views of the estate give events a private feel, while the lawn and opening doors make it easy to connect indoor and outdoor spaces.

The venue is suitable for a wide range of private and business events. Organisers can host a wedding, reception, anniversary, birthday, staff party or family day here, as well as a meeting, conference, presentation, product launch or client event. The rooms can be arranged flexibly and adapted to suit the occasion and group size. The orangery can accommodate groups of up to around 150 people. There is free parking for approximately 100 cars.

The venue works with a select group of caterers to provide catering for events. This allows organisers to tailor the catering to their programme, from a welcome reception or dinner to an informal gathering. It is not possible to bring your own catering. The estate also offers ways to complement an event, such as a walk, a visit to the kitchen garden or a workshop. There are no standard audiovisual facilities, but the regular AV partner can provide support in many cases.

Thanks to its central location in the Netherlands and its combination of historic charm, nature and a flexibly arranged space, Oranjerie Vollenhoven is a fitting venue for both festive and professional events.
