Gray Gables Estate

Gray Gables Estate is a historic event venue in Portland, Oregon, offering couples and event planners a private estate setting for weddings, receptions and other gatherings. Its characterful grounds include landscaped gardens, ponds and outdoor areas, alongside an elegant ballroom, giving organisers a choice of indoor and outdoor spaces. The estate is booked for one event per day, so clients can plan their own schedule and use the property for their occasion.

The venue is especially suited to wedding ceremonies and receptions, with a bridal suite and a separate room for the groom's preparations. The team can also host corporate meetings, seminars, conferences, networking events, holiday parties, galas and fundraising functions. Flexible room arrangements and multimedia facilities support business events, while the venue's garden setting provides a distinctive backdrop for celebrations.

Food and drink are provided through the estate's in-house kitchen and catering service. Menus are prepared on site, and the venue has a staffed bar for cocktails and other drinks. Depending on the event, packages can include tables, chairs, linens, dishware and presentation equipment. Event staff can assist with planning and practical arrangements, and on-site parking is available for guests. The estate can accommodate gatherings of up to 300 people, according to its published information.

Gray Gables Estate has announced that the venue will close on 31 December 2026. Its owners state that Gray Gables Events will continue separately, with event coordination and selected off-site catering services.
