Gemeenschapscentrum Bosstraat in Wilsele offers four spaces that can be hired individually or together. This makes the venue suitable for a wide range of gatherings, from a meeting or workshop to a reception, food event, party or performance. The largest room can accommodate up to 80 people. The other spaces are suitable for groups of up to 40 or 60 people, depending on the room chosen. Organisers can choose a space to suit the size and nature of their gathering.
The rooms have wifi, a sound system and a kitchenette. A kitchen can be hired together with a room. Tables, chairs, glasses, cups and crockery are available on request, as are kitchen equipment and appliances for making coffee or hot water. The bar and draught system are part of room 4. When booking, check which facilities are included with your chosen space and which equipment you need to request in advance.
The spaces can be used for lectures, courses, rehearsals, sports activities, receptions and parties, among other things. Rooms can be booked online via the rental page of Stad Leuven. Allow enough time to submit your request and to set up before your activity and tidy up afterwards. Rental conditions, available facilities and rates may vary depending on the room and the type of applicant. Gemeenschapscentrum Bosstraat is therefore a practical place for organisers looking for an accessible room in Wilsele for a small gathering or party.
