In Louvigny, just a few minutes from Caen, Domaine du Saul' welcomes organisers looking for a country setting for a wedding, family celebration or business event. Set in a former Norman farm, the estate combines the character of a renovated barn with indoor and outdoor spaces suited to the different highlights of a day or a stay.

La Grange Eustache, a reception room that can seat up to 75 people, is suitable for meals, receptions and meetings. A fully equipped catering kitchen is directly adjacent, making it easier to organise meals with your chosen caterer. For outdoor occasions, the open Écuries are ideal for cocktail receptions, wedding drinks receptions and brunches. The tree-lined grounds, with their weeping willow and pond, provide a backdrop for photos, civil ceremonies or guest activities. A private car park can accommodate around 30 cars.

The venue also hosts seminars, business meetings, annual general meetings and company meals. The room can be arranged for these formats, while the grounds offer space for breaks or outdoor cocktail receptions.

Two gîtes complete the offer, providing accommodation for up to 19 people in six bedrooms. The larger gîte, housed in the former barn, includes a spacious living area and a professional kitchen. This accommodation is useful for events that run over several days or for guests who would like to stay on site. The estate therefore offers an intimate reception venue, with complementary spaces for organising the different parts of an event in one place.
