The Pavilion Rooms

The Pavilion Rooms is a bookable venue at Ledbury Rugby Club, set in open surroundings on the edge of Ledbury. Its range of spaces suits both large gatherings and smaller functions, with room layouts that can be adapted to the occasion. The venue welcomes wedding receptions, family celebrations, birthday parties, charity events, dinners and wakes, as well as business meetings, conferences, presentations and training days.

The largest space, the Pavilion Room, can seat up to 180 diners or host more than 200 people in a conference layout. Its sprung wooden floor can be used for dancing or indoor activities, and a covered terrace next to the room offers extra space for guests. For more intimate gatherings, the Bethell Snuff Bar accommodates around 40 to 70 people, while the Masefield Lounge seats 15 to 30 and can be arranged informally or in a more structured layout. The Ledshed is a covered terrace with seating for up to 90, overlooking the rugby pitches.

Organisers can choose from hot and cold buffets, carvery and desserts, or discuss a tailored menu. A licensed bar serves a range of drinks, including local ales and ciders. Meeting and conference facilities include audiovisual equipment, presentation screens, high-speed WiFi and free parking for up to 150 cars. Refreshments and catering are available for business bookings, with options ranging from tea and coffee to a buffet or seated meal.
