Avalon Events Center

Avalon Events Center is a multi-room venue in Fargo, North Dakota, offering space and on-site hospitality for weddings, corporate functions and social celebrations. Its five ballrooms cater for different event sizes, from smaller meetings and family gatherings to large receptions, galas and company events. Organisers can discuss room layouts and event requirements with the venue team, with arrangements tailored to the occasion.

The spaces include options for wedding ceremonies and receptions, as well as meetings, fundraisers, holiday parties, reunions and other private or business events. The largest ballroom has a stage, lighting and sound, projection facilities and room for substantial guest numbers. Smaller rooms provide settings for more intimate gatherings and business meetings, with audiovisual features available in the venue’s spaces. Seating and room configurations can be adjusted to suit the event.

Food and drink are provided by Avalon’s in-house culinary and hospitality teams. Organisers can choose from customisable menus and coordinate catering and bar service as part of their plans. The venue also provides event-planning support, including help with wedding arrangements and coordination with suppliers on the day. Room hire and food and beverage arrangements vary by room and event, so planners can contact the team to discuss suitable options, availability and pricing.

Located on 9th Avenue South, Avalon Events Center serves event planners looking for a single Fargo location for their celebration, meeting or reception, with venue, catering and practical event support available together.
