Exeter Veterans Memorial Building

Exeter Veterans Memorial Building is a community venue available to organisers planning celebrations, meetings and other gatherings in Exeter, California. Its main ballroom can accommodate up to 250 people and includes a stage, space for dancing and access to a full kitchen and pantry. The room is suited to wedding receptions, banquets, dinner dances, parties and community occasions, with different hire options available depending on the event and timings.

For smaller gatherings, the building offers two meeting rooms. These can be arranged in classroom or audience-style seating, making them practical for meetings, training sessions and local group events. Organisers can also enquire about hiring the East Patio and barbecue area, which can host gatherings of up to 72 people. Exterior power is available for an additional fee.

The venue provides tables, chairs, dishes, cutlery, ice, microphones, a projector, a podium and Wi-Fi in selected packages. Use of the commercial kitchen is included with the main hall hire. Rates and package details depend on the space, schedule and facilities required, so organisers are asked to contact the building to discuss availability and current fees.

The building is managed by the Exeter Veterans Memorial District and serves veterans, local organisations and the wider community. As many dates are booked in advance by community groups, prospective hirers should check availability early. The venue asks organisers to confirm that their proposed event meets its use requirements before making a reservation.
