Kulturhof 1590 is an event venue in a historic winegrower's house in the centre of Maikammer. The Weinstube and Ballsaal can be hired separately for private celebrations and smaller events. The Weinstube is suitable for groups of around 30 people. Depending on the seating arrangement, the Ballsaal can accommodate around 40 guests at tables or up to 80 people standing. The courtyard and the former bottle storehouse can also be included, providing additional options for the event programme or spending time outdoors.

The heritage character of the building, its preserved wall paintings and the historic Ballsaal dating from 1908 give celebrations a distinctive setting. The rooms are suitable for occasions such as birthdays, family celebrations, informal receptions and smaller corporate events. The terms are agreed to suit each event.

Organisers can arrange their own catering. A booked caterer may use the kitchen, and Kulturhof can help find a caterer if required. Drinks are supplied by Kulturhof. Drinks service can also be arranged. This allows organisers to shape the event according to their own ideas, while drinks and service are coordinated on site.

In addition to being available for hire, the Weinstube regularly opens as a wine bar. It serves wines from Maikammer and the surrounding area, as well as a changing selection from other regions and countries. For cultural events such as concerts, readings and courtyard festivals, the historic courtyard itself becomes a meeting place. For event planners, Kulturhof offers a smaller, characterful venue with indoor and outdoor spaces in the Palatinate.
