ANNO 1858

Heumarkt 6, 50667 Köln, Germany

ANNO 1858 is an event venue on Heumarkt in Kölner Altstadt. The event space spans two levels and is suitable for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas parties and other private or business occasions. Depending on the seating arrangement and how the space is used, events can accommodate up to 150 guests. Large panoramic windows let in daylight and offer views of Heumarkt and Kölner Dom.

For corporate events, rooms are available for conferences, seminars, workshops and incentive events. The technical facilities include a large-format LED screen, lighting and sound equipment, and Wi-Fi. Catering and refreshments during breaks can be arranged as part of the event on request. For weddings, the event team helps couples with personalised planning. The celebration can include a wedding menu or a live barbecue on the terrace. An integrated sound and lighting system also provides the right setting for music and dancing.

The kitchen serves international dishes as well as regional Kölsche specialities. The adjoining Hotel zur Malzmühle is right next door and gives guests the option of staying overnight without having to travel far. Business groups can also enquire about accompanying activities such as a brewery tour or a beer tasting at BRAUWELT Köln. The central location makes it easy to get there by public transport and provides easy access to sights in the city centre. Organisers can arrange a site visit and discuss their requirements with the event team.
