La Maison Basse

Route d'Ohain 52, 1380 Lasne, Belgium

La Maison Basse is an event venue in Lasne, in the green surroundings of Walloon Brabant. The renovated farmhouse combines two reception rooms with a light, fully glazed orangery and a terrace opening onto the gardens. There are also options outdoors, including a nomadic tent, ponds, a kiosk and space for a ceremony, reception or relaxed gathering. The different areas can be used together, allowing guests to come together at one location for the various parts of an event.

The venue welcomes both private and corporate groups. These might include weddings, birthdays, christenings, communion celebrations and family parties, as well as meetings, training sessions, workshops, product presentations, conferences and staff dinners. Depending on the layout and the space chosen, it can accommodate gatherings of around 30 to 250 people. The orangery can seat up to 150 guests for dinner, while a walking dinner can accommodate up to 170 people. Other layouts are available for receptions and parties.

The reception rooms and orangery have sound systems, and the large reception room has a bar, a DJ area and lighting for dancing. Other practical facilities include Wi-Fi, climate control, a private preparation room and parking. La Maison Basse works with selected partners for catering. They offer options such as a seated dinner, buffet, walking dinner, barbecue and live cooking. The catering is tailored to the type of event, the number of guests and the organiser's wishes. The venue therefore offers a versatile setting for both celebratory and professional gatherings.
