Haymarket Event Center LLC

Haymarket Event Center is a small, bookable event venue in a historic building in downtown Leavenworth, Kansas. Its characterful setting combines details of the area’s history and architecture with modern amenities, offering organisers a distinctive backdrop for gatherings of up to 49 people.

The approximately 1,000-square-foot space suits a range of smaller occasions, including meetings, instructional classes, promotional parties, wedding showers and baby showers. Tables and chairs can be arranged to suit the event, whether you need a practical layout for a class or meeting, or a more social configuration for a celebration. The venue also has a kitchenette, and organisers may bring their own food or arrange outside catering.

Haymarket Event Center can be booked by the hour, with a three-hour minimum. When planning a booking, allow enough time for setting up before guests arrive and clearing the space afterwards. Black tablecloths are available for an additional one-off charge. The venue asks guests to care for the historic building, with practical guidance provided before the event.

Organisers can check date availability and send a booking request through the venue’s website, providing details such as the event type, timing and expected guest numbers. For a compact gathering in the heart of Leavenworth, the centre offers a flexible indoor space with a sense of local history and room layouts that can be tailored to the occasion.
