The Building

The Building is a small private event venue in historic downtown Loveland, Ohio, available to hire for personal celebrations and business gatherings. Its flexible, open-plan interior suits baby and bridal showers, birthdays, anniversaries, engagement parties, graduations, holiday celebrations and celebrations of life. Organisers can also book the space for offsite meetings, workshops, fundraisers and other corporate events.

The indoor space accommodates around 35 people comfortably for a mix-and-mingle gathering. Tables and chairs, soft seating and a large smart TV make it practical for both social occasions and presentations or meetings. A kitchenette with a refrigerator, freezer, sink and microwave gives hosts a place to prepare and store refreshments. Organisers may bring their own food, drinks and decorations, so they can shape the event to suit their plans.

Outdoor options add room to gather when the weather allows. The venue has a private turfed back garden with a lighted pergola and seating, as well as a spacious front deck. The location is close to Loveland's bike trail and local shops and restaurants. There is no dedicated venue car park, but paid and free public parking is available nearby.

Bookings are arranged directly with the venue, with the option to view the space and check availability. Weekend hire typically has a five-hour minimum, while discounted full-day and multi-day rates are available for corporate bookings during the week. Hosts are responsible for setting up, clearing away and leaving the venue in good order.
