New Earswick Folk Hall

New Earswick Folk Hall is a community venue in New Earswick, offering bookable rooms for events, meetings and celebrations. Set in a historic, Grade II listed building, it combines Arts and Crafts character with light, refurbished interiors and a range of flexible spaces. The venue is a short distance from York city centre and has free parking, including designated Blue Badge spaces.

The rooms can be adapted for intimate gatherings or larger receptions, with wedding arrangements for groups of around 60 to 180 depending on the layout. Other occasions include birthdays, anniversaries, baby celebrations and commemorations.

Catering can be arranged for meetings and events, from refreshments and light bites to served meals, with dietary requirements accommodated by prior discussion. The venue is designed to be accessible, with step-free entrances or ramps, a platform lift, hearing loops and Changing Places facilities.
