Dagvoorzitter.nl wants to give each meeting the chairman that he is entitled to. With extensive knowledge of events and our own moderator experience, we are looking for the real professionals in the market.
We want to get to know the affiliated chairmen and our customers from oat to barley, in order to always find the professional who best suits your event.
Dagvoorzitter.nl offers a diverse range of professional day chairpersons. They are all good, but also all different: from journalist to atmosphere maker, from loose wrist to tight hand. And in addition to the skills, there must also be a personal click. All our chairmen master all parts of the profession. At the same time, they all have points in which they are 'just good' and skills in which they excel.
Because choosing the right professional is not an exact science, Dagvoorzitter.nl is happy to help you make the right choice. Your needs and the skills of our day chairpersons are assessed and weighed on five points:
- Event architecture : your moderator thinks about the best structure for your program. He has enormous practical experience and can therefore help you answer questions such as: What is the most effective sequence of the program components? Should a speaker speak, or do other forms help him to better tell his story: interview, interaction? At what times and in what form can participants best be actively involved? Which form of discussion is used to achieve the goal: propositions, forum discussion, voting boxes, open discussion? Many forms are possible;
- Atmosphere : exactly the right atmosphere is crucial for a successful meeting. The chairman of the day ensures that everyone is inspired and feels free to participate. He knows flawlessly when things need to be done and when it is time for a joke. He always makes the right choice between a critical approach and empathy;
- Interaction : By allowing participants to actually participate, the success of meetings increases. The chairman of the day knows better than anyone how to activate people. He will help you choose the right working method. He finds the right tone and asks the right questions at the right time.
- Information : whether it concerns hard figures or conveying a vision, every event has a message. Sometimes this requires a chairman of the day with affinity with the subject, at other times a generalist is asked. In any case: the chairman of the day always prepares appropriately, knows how much knowledge he needs to manage the day effectively and quickly learns about every subject (even during the day);
- Presentation : The chairman of the day is also the Master of Ceremony, who ensures that the day goes according to plan; the so-called 'technical day chairmanship'. He announces speakers and breaks them down where necessary, with a friendly but firm hand. He connects all parts of the program, keeps the day on schedule and knows when to do this on a businesslike show or when to choose more show.
