Del'avant Event Center

Del'avant Event Center offers a distinctive downtown setting for weddings, receptions, private celebrations, fundraisers and business gatherings. Housed in a former department store, the venue combines historic character with several flexible spaces, so organisers can choose a room to suit their guest list or use the whole building for a larger occasion.

The Kress Ballroom is the largest space, with room for dining, dancing and receptions. The McLellan Parlor provides a more intimate setting for ceremonies and smaller gatherings, while the rooftop garden offers an open-air option for drinks, photographs and socialising. These spaces can be used individually or brought together to create a flowing event programme, from ceremony through to reception.

Del'avant welcomes organisers who want to shape the occasion around their own plans. Clients may choose their own caterer and other suppliers, without an extra charge for using a caterer outside the venue's preferred list. The venue also provides tables and chairs, and certain event equipment is included with the rental. An event coordinator can help with arrangements, and wedding clients can enquire about additional planning support for the rehearsal, ceremony and reception.

Located on Main Street in LaGrange, the centre is close to local restaurants, hotels and transport links. Its combination of a grand ballroom, characterful interiors and rooftop space makes it a practical choice for couples, community groups and organisations seeking a welcoming venue with room to personalise their event.
