RUIS Alkmaar

Koelmalaan 350, 1812 PS Alkmaar, Netherlands

RUIS Alkmaar is an industrial event venue and club in the former Telefooncentrale. Organisers can hire the venue for private parties and business events, with space for groups of around 100 to 450 guests. The setting combines the character of the old building with an interior suited to a wide range of programmes.

For private events, RUIS is available for occasions including birthdays, weddings and anniversaries. Organisers can tailor the arrangements to their wishes, for example with their own DJ, bar and decorations. Businesses can also hold staff parties, drinks receptions, receptions, seminars, conferences and product launches here. The venue is also used for book launches and TV or film shoots.

RUIS can also provide services such as technical support, catering and decoration, allowing organisers to discuss the practical arrangements in one place. The rooms can be used flexibly for different types of gatherings and programmes. Alongside private events, RUIS is also a club with its own programme of public club nights and other ticketed events. This club atmosphere makes the venue particularly suitable for parties centred around music and a dance floor.

The venue is on Koelmalaan in Alkmaar, is easily accessible from the A9 and the ring road, and has free on-site parking. Organisers can get in touch to discuss their plans, the number of guests they expect and the options for their event.
