Bluestone Estate

Bluestone Estate is a historic wedding venue in Willow Street, Lancaster County, set on a countryside property with a restored stone barn and scenic grounds. Couples can host their ceremony, drinks reception and celebration in one location, with indoor and outdoor settings available to suit the day and the weather.

The 9,000-square-foot barn includes a Grand Hall that can seat up to 220 guests, along with a second indoor space for a ceremony or cocktail hour. Original stonework, high ceilings, large windows and chandeliers give the main hall a distinctive character. Outside, couples can choose from several ceremony locations, including lawns and terraces overlooking the water. The adjoining courtyard offers an outdoor bar, a fire pit and pond views.

Getting-ready facilities include the Crystal Suite, with a private balcony and preparation stations, and a separate Speakeasy Lounge with a kitchenette, seating and its own entrance. The venue is climate-controlled and accessible, and tables and chairs are provided. The estate also offers time for a rehearsal and a final walk-through, while wedding coordinators familiar with the property are required.

Bluestone Estate does not prepare food on site. Couples select from its preferred catering and bar-service providers, with the venue able to share its recommended list. The property is available exclusively for the booked wedding, and the team can discuss arrangements and provide a tailored estimate. With its historic manor, barn, landscaped grounds and multiple ceremony options, Bluestone Estate gives event planners a dedicated setting for a wedding day near Lancaster.
