About 30 minutes north of Rouen, Le Clos Normand welcomes organisers to a former Norman farm surrounded by more than five hectares of greenery. The venue has two reception rooms, suitable for different layouts and events of various sizes.

La Normande can accommodate up to 130 people seated or 220 standing. It is heated and air-conditioned, and equipped with tables, chairs, crockery and a professional kitchen. A covered terrace, green spaces and private parking complete the facilities. The more intimate La Quenotte can accommodate around 35 to 40 people seated or up to 150 standing. Its terrace and outdoor area make it a practical venue for a drinks reception, a cocktail party or a separate space for children.

Le Clos Normand is suitable for weddings, birthdays, christenings, communions, family parties, gatherings with friends and business events such as seminars or annual general meetings. For weddings, the different rooms make it possible to organise the day's events in separate spaces, while the grounds provide a rural setting for enjoying the outdoors. A pond, trees and animals on the estate all contribute to the venue's rural atmosphere.

Hiring La Normande includes on-site accommodation for up to 15 people, spread across four bedrooms. Other accommodation is available nearby. Organisers are free to choose their own caterer, and the room can be hired for a weekend or, subject to availability, by the day on weekdays. The estate is open all year round.
